Line 2 tech support is very very poor

Tech support is only till 8 pm Monday to Friday so if you have trouble after 8 pm Friday u are out of luck till Monday Actually my problem started before 8 pm Friday night tech support brushed Me off I contacted tech support twice between 7 pm and 8 pm all they did was tried to get Me off the line for they could go home and never fixed my issue

User's recommendation: Move to a service that cares.

I paid my subscription and I still cannot use it

I paid my Line2 subscription and I cannot use it to keep going back to subscription and the money was taken out of my account I go to this every month with this is very annoying

Cant access my account

Hi i have been in the hospital with endocarditis for the last 12 weeks and havent been able to respond to emails or pay bills. Ive had my line 2 number 347727**** for more theb 2 years i desperately need to retrieve my number as it is linked to my icloud my email address and most of my business life

Login issue in mobile app

I couldn't able to log in to mobile app and called to the customer service number. She explained clearly and assisted me with the issue. It was resolved. I appreciate her support.
